The journey of Nanya group of companies started in textile industry. It was in 1935 when the founder member Lt. Sh. Gyan Chand Jain started his first textile outlet in Delhi. Following a steady & natural growth, the group saw its next major landmark in late 60s when the next generation leader Lt. Sh Sant Lal Jain look a step forward by setting up a series of textile outlets and factories in Mumbai - The business capital of India. There after there was never a look back. This was the time when its next generation leader Mr. Naresh Chand Jain, The Group Chairman now, joined the business and took it to new heights by expanding it manifold. The late 90’s saw a new era for Nanya Group when Mr. Ashish Jain, The Managing Director now, joined the business. Indian economy was going through the process of globalization and Mr. Ashish Jain took no time in putting his first step in the global market by starting the textile imports from Japan and Korea. The next decade saw the most glorious years in the history of NANYA GROUP. Not only the volume of textile business increased heavily but Group also diversification into many more industries like Air conditioners and its Components Textiles & yarns Garments and Accessories Dyes and Chemicals  , Mesh and Hardware items. 

The Air conditioning industry was the first new industry in which Nanya Airconn diversified as the airconditioning industry had been growing at a minimum rate of 20% over the past several years. Not only did Nanya add airconditioners in its product portfolio but also various airconditioner components used in the HVAC industry like Valves, Insulation Tube and Rotary Compressor, coppers tubes, copper fittings, brazing rods for copper tubes. etc.  . Nanya Airconn is now a prominent name amongst the air conditioner manufacturers and air conditioner exporters in India. Besides supplying parts to various air conditioner brands in India, the company is also a major market shareholder in the copper tubes (used as a connecting tubes in split ac) market in India.
